Our economy has changed.  No longer can students graduate with a degree and find work in their field.  

Statistics indicate that over 80% of graduates in the U.S. cannot find work in their field, despite their degrees and the tremendous burden of their student loans.  Outstanding student debt in the U.S. is over 1 Trillion dollars.  Students are carrying monthly student loan payments of $500-$1,000 per month.  

Many have settled for jobs in restaurants and retail,  just to pay their debt, causing many young people in their 20's to move back in with family.  We have a generation of young people that are frustrated and have lost hope.  

What has worked in education over the years, is not working for today's changed world.  We must provide our young people with the knowledge and confidence to be self reliant.   We must stop teaching youth to rely on government and corporations to provide work for them, instead, teach them to be self reliant leaders.   This is one of the greatest gifts we can provide for their future.
